Shipping and Returns
Subject to clause 1.6, we will not accept the return of any product that has been used or installed or where you have attempted to install it, or if your product is custom-made or is a special buy product.
If your product is eligible for return pursuant to clause 1.6, please contact our Customer Service Team on 1300 364 558 or email@example.com who will issue a return authorisation to accompany the product. You must adequately package any product you are returning for our collection to ensure that it is not damaged during return delivery to our warehouse. All original items including packaging must also be returned. We will arrange for products collections usually within 3 business days.
If you change your mind about a purchase or order an incorrect product we will accept returns within 14 days of delivery providing the product is unopened and no installation has occurred as per clause 1.7.1. A restocking fee of 20% plus all return freight costs will be applicable as per clause 1.7.4. Our Customer Service Team will issue a return authorisation to accompany the product. We will arrange for products collections usually within 3 business days.
If you are entitled to a refund, we will only give you the refund once we have received the product at our warehouse and inspected it and assessed whether it is eligible for a refund under these Conditions of Sale. Any refund made under clause 1.7.3 will be by the same payment method used to purchase the product less a 20% restocking fee and all return freight, insurance & handling costs.
