Quarterly Team Events
Every 12 weeks we celebrate our team with a day off the tools together. The day begins with a toolbox talk, followed by lunch and a surprise activity. In the past this has included; Padlock Escape Room, Parkwood Golf Day, Zero Latency (VR experience), MovieWorld, Top Golf, Draculas and more!
It’s a great opportunity to bond, have a laugh and celebrate our wins.
We want our staff to show up each day as their best self. To help build that feeling we invest time in our staff to allow them to kick their personal goals, whether its better understanding their finances, real estate, shares, superannuation etc. We connect with professionals in their relevant fields to speak directly with our team.

Supporting Mental Health
Knowing that the latest stats show that men in the construction industry have twice the suicide rate than those in other industry’s does not go down well with us. To combat this COLDCOAST aims to provide added support through Friday Trademutt Shirt day ( Funky Shirt Friday), regular communication with tips and tricks for mental wellness & RDO’s. We also promote an open door policy where staff members are welcomed to speak directly with Jason to chat about any of their frustrations or challenges in life.
